Since purchasing our copier last year from TBG we have received an efficient, cost effective and friendly service. As yet we have not had any issues which is great as our last machine was always breaking down. We love the fact the machine re-orders toner for us, it was so cool when they arrived and we didn t even know we needed them. Apparently all of the machines Total provide link to their helpdesk and notify them of faults and toner requirements. We look forward to continued support from the engineers and staff in the future.
