Worst service and fake promises. I am a student from NPU. I went here for Salesforce training. First when I spoke to Adam he said that the classes will be like "Mon,wed,Friday" and they said that class timings are 6:00pm PST TO 8:00pmPST

1st thing
Demo session: we went there at 5:30 pm trainer he came at 7:30pm the reason he said is he got stuck in traffic.

2nd thing
We really didn't like the session.

3rd
They said that classes will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but here the trainer said we need to attend everyday 1 hour. We didn't like the schedule.

4rth
They said that they will give a project with real time examples to do after the training. I asked the trainer about this.
I am upset with his response.
He said no what ever we do in class room is project.

I tried reaching Adam about this issue he didn't pick my call.

I tried reaching vamshi after a long time he picked my call and said we don't have refund option with us you can talk to your bank and dispute this transaction. I did the same thing.

Today from my account $1100 has been deducted again next second I gave a call to vamshi he said that I am not responsible for this he gave me some number I called her and response from her is ridiculous. I explained her about this issue and about the card details which I have given to Adam. Response from her is shocking she said that at the time when you give your card details are you drunken or what??
this way she questioned me.

Worst service worst return policy be careful if you are planning to join stretagism....

I am sorry unfortunately there is no option that I can give negative rating....
