My initial thoughts of VFS group was sound, they came across as a very professional organization and very informative. But as I progressed with them i felt that there were some great disperances in terms of honest, committed and clear communication. It became quite frustrating dealing with their inexperienced staff and their poor customer service. Their knowledge of asian markets is questionable. I blame myself for not digging deeper about them. By the time i invested so much I realised that VFS group is not an organically built organization, to my surprise I found that these inexperienced staff had actually took the client books and core business information from Kinetic Securities, as most of the employees have previously worked there.

I personally found it disgusting and wouldn't want my money being handled by people who stole from others.
