I found Tranquil Shores without a reference or hearing of it through word of mouth. I truly had no idea what I was getting into but I went with my instincts and I am so relieved I did. I haven't been known for making the wisest choices but choosing Tranquil Shores was the decision that has changed the course of my life in a most beautiful way. The program gave me an understanding of what created my addiction as well as the tools to challenge the self destructive compulsions that were keeping me from leading a healthy and happy life.
