Unfortunately my apartment complex requires us to use this service for internet and TV. This company has the worst service. Customer service is completely useless and never helpful! Quick to blame things on people and equipment at the property level. If they do help then they want to charge an outrageous amount for a service call when their equipment has failed. TV cable boxes were working earlier and one got messed up at some point. Called to see what happened and the guy reset both boxes and ended up screwing something up with the TV that was fine so now I have both TV cable boxes are not working. WTH?!
