I am outraged by the lack of communication from your company regarding updates about my Honda CB1300s which you have had for 2 weeks now. Not once has anyone from contacted me with the progress of my repairs, it is me has been doing all the chasing. This is completely and undeniably not acceptable for a company in this day & age to be operating.
I truly wonder how a company can manage to keep hold of their lucrative contacts with insurance companies, unless they feed the insurance companies with lies and ,false information regarding their performances.
As I know for a fact this is the second claim that your company has dealt with on my behalf and the previous time no one contacted me with any information regarding the progress on that repair which last 3-4 months and an extremely large phone bill.

I therefore will be reporting 4th Dimension Innovation to the Insurance Ombudsman as well as Trading Standards to inform them of how your operates and conducts themselves when dealing with it's customers.
