I was looking to purchase a 4 plex with a VA loan and originally was going through one of the bigger name brand lenders. They were very helpful but I was not too happy with the interest rate that they were quoting for me so i started shopping around and I am glad I found Ed and his team.

Originally my agent was a little skeptical since the rates from Apple mortgage were so low but just a few weeks later we got through the appraisal and underwriting with no issues and closed on the property just a few weeks after that with a 2.75% interest rate and nothing out of pocket.

I'm glad I took the time to shop around with my rate and will definitely be using Ed and his team on any future properties.
