Poor, poor, poor service. Totally a NOT friendly f...

Poor, poor, poor service. Totally a NOT friendly facility. Receptionist worse one ever. Took my 9 month old baby who had had fever for over 2 nights, had not been eating, sleeping and for sure had been hurting in to the er on 6.10.18 and was seen by a doctor who didnt even do his job well. He saw my son and checked his ear and diaper area and said to me "there is nothing wrong w him. He is fine, he has tears which means he is not dehydrated. Go home and if he persist with fuzziness take him to his pediatrician on Tuesday" I left the place. My son was clearly in disconfort. Went home and tried to call him down without any success. After a few hours of struggling him decided to rush him to the ER but this time at Children's hospital where the story changed. My son was dianosed with Herpangina. First time hearing that. Gave him nedicine right away and almost immediately saw a changed in his face. Very disappointed at Baylor Scott & White. Will never ever go there again.
