I've just had my first appointment with Kevin and j really felt like I was listened to. They've made a very clear plan going forward for me and I feel very confident that I'm going to be well looked after!
Kevin and the nurse ( I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!) Both checked I was ok the whole time. I'm actually looking forward to going back! ( odd I know!)
