Disgusting customer service absolutely useless. Have had to wait almost 7 days for bolier issues only to be told various different stories by actual engineer and customer service teams as to issue and related costs and also no clarity when told copious times there are young children in the property, in the end have had to have issue addressed privately stay away!!
