These cops are idiots. They do not know what the 1...

These cops are idiots. They do not know what the 1st amendment is. Harassing a photographer in public. Also, they think they can just walk up to people and demand ID. That's a 4th amendment violation. Unlawfully detaining people without articulating suspicion of a crime, for the sole purpose of demanding ID. Pathetic police dept.
