I have found Dr. O'Quinn to listen well, and to be competent. She also made a good and necessary referral during the course of treatment. She is willing to push back when what I want is not good, and holds a tight line on staying to appropriate/allowed treatment. My one "complaint" :-) is sometimes needing to wait for an appointment, which is hard to do when in pain, but that speaks well in terms of patient satisfaction.
