I have stayed at all the better hotels, Palazzo Versace, Marriott Resort Surfers Paradise and Sheraton Grande Mirage. The service in all these hotels is easily seen, with every staff member you bump into Gives you the obligatory Good Morning/Afternoon. Can I help you. It is looking after clients 101. So why do I now stay at The Sheraton each time I go to the coast? It s the staff. Rather than just the courteous Can I help You, the staff at Sheraton actually do want to help you and do want your stay to be great. They talk to you if you care to them. It is not just a job. Simple I know, but they made me feel good! And that is worth going back!
