If I had to use only one word to describe 889 Yoga, I would say "magical". The staff and environment could not be more welcoming and the energy is always positive and peaceful. I, personally, took several classes all over the city before I found one that "fit" and finally found my home at 889. So much so that I decided to do the Living Yoga School (yoga teacher training) with them and it was, as I had anticipated it would be, a life-changing experience. The teachers are second to none and I know I made some life-long friendships as well as solidifying my own personal practice.
