This is the largest and most organized aircraft museum I have visited. I really love the cleanliness and dedication to the stories behind the aircraft and the staff and volunteers who have flown some of the planes. It was a very somber experience seeing the plane that dropped the second atomic bomb and many of the stories surrounding WWII but it is done in a very respectful way to educate instead of glorify death. I especially liked ther new hanger with the presidential planes and experimental aircraft. Plan on a very full day with a lot of walking. There are plenty of places to sit and rest as well as restrooms, but there is a great deal of information to take in.

For the admission price (whatever you care to donate) this place can't be beat for aviation history.
