I have been an A2 customer for 7 years (since 2013) and one thing I must say - they are just awesome.. Like any other tech company, they too have glitches in their system at times. But what really pleases me is that they are always responsive and eager to help. Moreover, I was short on money yesterday and I asked for a discount in my renewal of package and to my surprise they did offer me a good discount and I was happy to make the payment which was overdue for close to 10 days and all my sites were down.
