The most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about their clients. They don't pay their claims and look for loopholes to get out of it nor do they answer calls or return messages. I hope Geico reads all their bad reviews and kicks them down the road instead of farming out their policies to this company which is soiling Geico's name immensely. If my claim isn't handled they will have a lawsuit on their hands.
Update ****The response from American claims management is false but that's to be expected. My claim was not below my deductible and furthermore they don't even know who I am nor have they reached out to find out. I have never supplied my claim number so now they are just lying and I'm glad they did because the screenshot is going straight to an attorney.
