Do not do business with this company. They will take your money, then you will never be able to get out of the contract, and you will pay thousands per year in maintenance fees. They just settled with the state in 2020, that they violated California's timeshare laws through deceptive sales practices, but people who bought are STILL stuck paying these maintenance fees.
