Whilst is great to have multi screen / multi functional space in Tower Hamlets. it would be far more an enjoyable experience if the staff where trained in customer service (assume they are salaried staff and not charity workers) Upon several visits now the cashier/ticket desk staff seem to be constantly online on the computer being "busy' and unwilling to peel themselves from the screen to serve a customer wanting to buy a cinema ticket. Given they are actually sitting in front of the computer that prints the tickets it only takes seconds to serve a customer. The cinema itself is fine and has plenty of screens and a variety of movies that are not always Hollywood blockbusters.
