I really wanted to get a gift card to this locatio...

I really wanted to get a gift card to this location because reviews are great and I have heard good things. Showed up and door is locked during business hours and no receptionist. No where on website to get gift cards and seems to be appointment only, which is fine, but I just wanted to pay for my partner in gift card so they can make appointment. Kinda weird this day in age to not have receptionist or door unlocked for customers. Maybe we'll try again but for today I have no choice but to spend my money elsewhere. Kinda bummed this is the case... Leaving five stars in order to keep good ratings. Just wanted to give feedback!
