We stayed in a standard room. It was a standard Disney Value hotel experience. The beds are really too small for a couple (a queen bed option instead of two unmovable double beds would be vastly appreciated) and outlets that don't require unplugging the alarm clock and dragging the side table forward (as in the All Star Movies refurbished rooms) would be awesome. But it's the least expensive way to stay inside the Disney bubble with all the amenities that offers which, in and of itself, is worth four stars.
