Ordered a chair on 02/04/2020, did not get the cha...

Ordered a chair on 02/04/2020, did not get the chair within a week, contrary to the "promised next day delivery" cancelled the order on the 8th of April, and was sent the following email.

As discussed, I have email our warehouse to cancel your current order due it taking so long to be delivered.

Eventually I got the chair nearly 2 weeks later, DHL refused to take it back, they told me that I needed to contact them and arrange a collection... well since I had the package, I decided to give it a go, it was a second hand chair, full of scratches, hair and some liquid, which I suppose it was milk, under the armrest, contacted them again, arranged a collection , it was collected by Tuffnells Parcels Express on the 17th... They told me again that I'd get the delivery within 7 working days.

On the 22nd I called once again and I asked to speak to the manager,since no refund was issued. He gave me his word that I'd get my money within 5 days... his word matches the company that he works for, means nothing.

29th of April and I'm still chasing my money.

Was conned big time, still trying to get my money back. Will do whatever it takes.

Please avoid this company.
