I realize that this review is probably harsh for the reason I am writing it. However, I still feel that it s important. While the service department is usually okay, and we continue to bring our sonata, I noticed something new today. Previously I was able to relax or work in the waiting area and enjoy pretty good free WiFi. Today, I discovered that the guest WiFi has been locked down, and is significantly slower. YouTube works (barely) but don t count on passing time with Netflix or Amazon video/music. I couldn t even get to half of the websites I tried including Facebook because either they were blocked or created an SSL error because of the network settings. I couldn t even work because sites I needed wouldn t work.

This may seem minor to many people but if I am going to pay dealer service prices, the least they can do is have internet that allows me to pass the couple of hours that I am here. If I can t do that then I may just stop bringing my car here. No problems working or passing time at either the local ford or Honda dealers.
