Tom Lee arrived promptly at our home to evaluate an air conditioning problem. He resolved that issue efficiently and inspected two other units at no charge while giving us some very good advice on maintenance going forward. The first issue was under warranty so the entire service call cost me nothing. Very impressed with Tom and John Moore Services.
