They have done everything to earn all these bad reviews and all those at Yelp. A truly awful company that is completely unresponsive. I believe their business model is to thrive off and take advantage of associations that are not watching their finances. As a result, our association is practically bankrupt.

There is a fee for everything. Phone calls, quotes, mail, other management services. They have special programs like an insurance or energy program or special cleaning or inspections that do not benefit the association. You have to watch everything closely, because they will find every excuse they can to bill you for something.

And they aren t good stewards with our money either. We can t get access to our bank account. They pay our bills late and make us pay the late charges. And then when you run out of money and need to do a special assessment, there is a charge for that.

And then when you finally get sick of it all and decide to go elsewhere, there is a $2,000 transition fee to leave their company. And if upper management needs to perform these other management services, the kinds of things that anyone would think comes along with the job, they will charge you $500 an hour for phone calls, emails, communication, etc.

They tout that this is a Veteran owned and operated business. He should be ashamed to make any association with veterans. As a veteran myself, I know firsthand that this company doesn t operate with the values and integrity that I witnessed serving in the military. Google the CBS2 news story from 2019. It should tell you all you need to know.

I talked to many other management companies when looking for a new one. Most of them just laugh when they hear who we re with and know right away what problems we ve had. The kind of fees they have at this company just don t exist elsewhere. It s too late for us, but not for you! Run away from this company.
