This was hands down the longest wait I have ever heard of, nevermind experienced. 3 hours. Allie was great and so were some of the bussers. They also took some off the receipt and provided a gift certificate. but even on valentines day to wait over 2 hours after being seated to get your soup/salad. That is insane. I would rather have paid double and not had to sit there for 3 hours
