Ordered parts for my car. They arrived and I discovered that they do not fit my car. Ultimately, the part in their catalog was wrong, so wrong part arriving at my door was not my fault. They refunded the part cost, but I still ended up paying the $6 initial shipping for that part. RockAuto paid for the return shipping only, saying it wasn't their fault either but they would graciously split the shipping cost with me. Went to the website to find a customer service number or email. Zip, nada, only a corporate headquarters number. Never buying from RockAuto again. I can order the same parts on Ebay and if they arrive and don't fit the seller eats the cost of their own mistake, rather than passing it on to the customer. Ebay also has better customer service options. At least I can call or email someone about an issue.
But the best part was when I went to the RockAuto website and left a negative review. Months later they still have not posted my review, and they apparently don't allow ANY negative reviews because only positive 5 star reviews are listed. Do a Google search and you will find a dozen other review websites full of awful customer experiences with RockAuto. I will never buy from them again.
