This place is absolutely beautiful. I actually spent my mini-honeymoon and first anniversary here with my husband and our dog. With rooms on both sides of the river and a cute bridge joining them, it's nice to take a walk around on the rocky river paths. You can hear the resident ducks and geese on the river and smell the scent fresh juniper at night.

The rooms and facilities are nicely maintained and clean, and the tubs in the rooms are nice and roomy, too. Our rooms had a lovely view of the river with quick access to the walking trail so it was easy to take our dog out. The outdoor pool was nice and warm from sitting in the sun all day, and although we didn't use the fitness room it looked pretty quality as well. You can tell the maintenance team does a lot to keep this place looking it's best, it really shows.

We ate out on the patio of the restaurant, which was really nice to be able to do. The food was quite good and my husband's cocktail was lovely as well. Overall a great experience with this place, I could not be happier with our visit.
