Just moved to Washington and I chose Bellevue as my dealer and what a mistake.
Awful. Charged me $4.95 to top off my windshield wiper fluid. Other MB dealers have topped off my oil for free. Received an email later in the week saying something was discovered during my last visit and a specific service was due, nothing was said to me while I was there so now I have to make another appointment and come back a week later instead of discussing it with me when the car was in for scheduled maintenance? Lastly, in addition to the scheduled maintenance I noted a few other items of concern and when I arrived home I saw a note saying they didn't have enough time to diagnose the problem. Wonder why they didn't say something to me when they called to tell me the car was done. Had a 7 am service appointment and was there at 6:50 to drop the car and that wasn't enough time?
The Service advisor rushed me through the review of what occurred or he would have told me about the follow up service. I wasn't even out of his office when he began talking to someone else. Apparently I was too much of an inconvenience to be treated properly.
Worst MB experience in over a decade.
