would ve given them zero but chelsea, in finance, helped me out so much that there were no way for me to do so. truck that i purchased had quite some rust on it and the carfax showed that the undercoating was applied months ago (it wasn t). they agreed to do the undercoating which was great. first appointment they said it ll take a few hours to do, so i left the truck for a few hours. when i get to the service area, the guy said it d take some time to scrape off the existing undercoat, so they d need to keep it over night (never received a call). next appointment, they did the undercoat... without scrapping the existing undercoating. site manager said they had nothing to scrape of the pre-existing (chipping) undercoat.. so yea, 0 stars for dealership, 5 for chelsea!
