For a hotel with the pretension of five stars, the service and the luxury are a bit disappointing. The rooms do not match the texts on the site. In the bathroom, accessories are loose (make-up mirrors) or fixed (shower head with lime). Nespresso coffee cups are not cleaned up. The staff listen to the complaints but do nothing about it. Beyond the promise to come back without fulfilling it. Dinner, too, cannot match expectations created by ourselves, certainly not with cold coffee at the end. A pity, but a hotel with potential.
