The hotel need to work on quality of Food and its service in terms of Parties and convention. As I have not experienced as an FIT. The food was lousy when I had a visit for a friend's son wedding ceremony. Given the reputation of Brand and its infrastructure the quality of Food and Beverage has to be extra-ordinary. Even the service was pathetic. Chafing dishes remain empty for long for re-filling. Guest were waiting for the same. Thanks
