This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The hotel ac was broken. This had been broken for 2 days before I checked in. The staff knew this! They still allowed people to check in with out telling them about the AC. If I was made aware of this when checking in I would have never stayed When checking in the hotel lobby was 70 degrees and maintained that level of comfort while the rooms were 80-85 degrees at all times. I was assured I would be compensated and fully refunded for both nights. I stayed the second night only because the front desk stated this was fixed and would start to cool down. This was a lie! The AC was nothing fixed. This was still broken on Sunday so I checked out and moved hotels Sunday morning. There was no way I was going to stay a 3rd night. I called again today to speak to someone about my refund and was told they would only refund one night as I used there utilities. This sent me over the edge. I asked for the District Manager name and was told by Katen they did not have a DM. I asked for the corporate number and was told by Katen they didn t have a corporate number as well. I would not recommend IGH HOTELS going forward and I will never stay at another unless this situation is resolved.
