I am so sad to be writing this review as I love their pants and have purchased many of the same style for the last year. I can say I will NEVER purchase again due to the insanely rude and unprofessional customer service agents they hire. I just spoke to a guy named Ben. I felt like I was talking to my 5 year old son who kept interrupting me telling me I was wrong and would not let me explain my concern. So from the top on the off chance someone in management or the owner ever reads this.
I placed an order for Handsfree yoga pants & skinny-cut mod dress pants. I received a shipment yesterday for yoga travel pants which I did not order. I attempted to explain this to Ben and he continued to over talk me and tell me I was wrong and maybe clicked on the yoga travel pants by mistake. After 5 or 6 times of me trying to tell him that was not on my receipt or order confirmation and explain to him what was on my confirmation I had to shout over him like I would to a 5 year old who is not listening. I mean good lord! I can't imagine ever treating a customer like that. He continued to mock and laugh at the situation. I hope these calls are recorded. He told me the managers name was Alex and that I could reach him next week but would not tell me a day or time he would be in.
I am truly shocked by how rude this person was. I hope this review saves someone else the trouble. find a new brand, do not support this company or there awful customer service staff.
