I shopped at this dealership yesterday. I almost purchased a vehicle but ended up walking away at the last minute because I just wasn't positive it was the right vehicle for me and they didn't have another vehicle in my price range that I was interested in. However, after shopping at several dealerships and dealing with owners, managers, sales people and the finance departments I can state with certainty that the staff at Shottenkirk are easy to work with and I felt comfortable dealing with them through the whole process. Even when I walked away from the deal they were gracious. I will be back to look at more vehicles as they come in.
