Although I didn't get exactly the deal I was hoping for (who ever does!?), the salesman and manager worked with me and explained their offer. Alex went above and beyond to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted without being pushy AT ALL! He was so patient. As a female shopping alone, other dealerships made me feel inferior and unable to make this type of purchase on my own. Shottenkirk didn't bat an eye... they treated me with dignity and respect; were not over-bearing. Calm and kind was so refreshing. Thank you so much!
