Top class rooms and reception staff very good. There was great variety of food and staff were excellent. Tatiana looked after us every breakfast time and was very professional and bent over backwards to make sure we had all we wanted.
Didn't think much of the Rooftop restaurant. They were very busy and we felt we weren't given the service they should have given to us. Our table of ten received all our main dishes apart from one person who waited over 30 minutes for his beef medallion after everyone had finished their meals it was too late then. The waiter was reminded all through our meal about this it we seemed to be ignored. It looked like we paid for the view and wont eat up there again, certainly certInly won't recommend it.
It is better to go to the downstairs restaurant for your evening meal where you are looked after and the food fantastic.
5 stars would have been given but for the poor service in the roof top restaurant .
