A wonderful public facility - library, coffee place, clean toilets, lovely gift shop but pretty miserable staff and I have to agree with some of the other reviewers, the changing art exhibits are usually boring beyond belief!

A central building really not used to its full potential. Such a missed opportunity! You should be exhibit differing local artists, in different genres, not pieces of string, circles and empty boxes crap!
