Although fairly new on the yoga scene in Edinburgh, Tribe is definitely up there as one of my favourite (if not absolute favourite!) studios.

Teachers are knowledgeable and approachable, and create beautiful dynamic flow sequences that are always unique so you'll never get bored ;) I have never been to a class where the teacher hasn't offered modifications for poses, meaning they are accessible for beginners and advanced students alike. They run regular beginner classes, and have started a 'Flow 2' class which, as a teacher/relatively advanced practitioner, I am very much looking forward to attending.

The studio itself is very trendy and luxurious, yet still maintains its "yogic integrity" through the elements of spirituality in class and the quality of the teaching. They have definitely found their niche and I cannot fault them in any way <3
