Incredibly unreliable, especially the 40 which tend to be 10-30 minutes late every day and should come ever 30 minutes like the 21 and 37, rude and reckless drivers, poor customer service. This is literally the worst bus company I've ever had the displeasure of using. The drivers constantly overshoot the stops and then hit the breaks, hit the gas after the last person pays nearly knocking anyone over who is trying to take their seat, slam on the breaks while driving in general. Someone is going to end up getting injured and suing the crap out of Lynx.
