I was here for 5 hours and 30 mins. I only saw the doctor for 20 mins. For a period of 4 hours no one checked on me they left me in the room that was freezing cold and no one brothering to see of I was okay. Then I was told I was getting discharged and had to wait a whole other hour too. They are so disorganized. The staff does not even care about their patients. This is Tri-City emergency room. It doesn't deserve even one star. Sad excuse of an emergency room.
