I had the pleasure of purchasing my second vehicle...

I had the pleasure of purchasing my second vehicle from Big O Dodge today!

Last year, I purchased my first Grand Cherokee from Big O and worked with Mr. Nate. Prior to stopping in at Big O I went to several other dealership and basically felt like I was going to get ripped off. My father in law recommend I check out BIG O as he had a really nice experience there when he purchased his truck. So off I went. When I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Nate. He was new at the time and really took his time going over everything with me. It was nice to work with guy my own age and he made feel very comfortable. He really spent the time to address all of my concerns and questions and went above and beyond to help make the deal work.

Recently, my wife and I had our third child and we needed to add another vehicle to fit our twins and new baby. MINIVAN! Without hesitation, I called Big O and asked for Nate. Just like my last purchase, he was very friendly and quick to call me back to find out what I was looking for. The next day I stopped in and after showing me several models, he helped me decide on the vehicle that was perfect for my budget and family. Everyone was super nice and it was fun afternoon.

I just wanted to say thank you for making this two great experiences in a row. I will be back to Big O and highly recommend them and Mr. Nate if you want a fair deal and a nice group of people to work with. Thanks again!
