I was fortunate to work with Shannon Persia, of Triad Engineering, to get my current position. She saw something in my profile that I didn t realize was there. Shannon got me the phone interview, which lead quickly to the on-site interview (and, ultimately, to an offer I couldn t pass up). She kept me fully informed as the process moved along and encouraged me when I started having doubts.
