UNACCEPTABLY INCOMPETENT. I was promised to get results by the evening of February 17th. It s the evening of February 19th now, and tomorrow morning is my flight. I had to call and email the company like 20 times to finally learn that they actually never even received my test and now when they receive it, they can t test it because it s been more than 72 hours since I took it. Through emails and on the phone I was getting a whole bunch of We don t know, we ll ask the lab. Had I known earlier, had the numerous company employees been competent enough to check it immediately, I might be able to fix the problem. Now I m risking a $1000 ticket and hoping they ll let me on the plane without the test.
