Court "Family Department"

For 7 years I have always been disappointed with the "assistants" in the Court. They don't have patience to assist or explain process or situation,treating the people really bad,even being rude . I'm not talking about people that does not speak English very well,and missing understand something. I am talking about their behavior in general with people,that are in there most often for unpleasant reasons!!

This is need to change!!! It is Court House, not a supermarket (that you can treat the people the way you like).

Some kind and helpful attitudes can help, like the Lady Denise from the Family Department. What a gentle lady! I wish all the staff in there could be like her! (First time I have been treat really nice resolving a process!) 5* for today!
