I had a terrible experience with this restaurant and their customer service. I did not like a drink I ordered, and I asked for help or a recommendation before ordering which I didn t get much help. When I asked if I could get something else, I was told that because I had already ordered it, Nothing could be done and it would stay on our bill. Meanwhile we spent more money on other food items and drinks that was more than the one drink I got, so it shouldn t have mattered.
Any other restaurant/company I ve been to or have worked in myself it s all about customer satisfaction and to always put the customer first because they re always right or even ask if I wanted to replace it with something else. But of course I m this situation it was not.
My waitress who was a blonde barely came around to ask my table if how we were and if we needed refilled drinks, I ordered a pretzel that must have been microwaved because it was rock solid after 5 minutes, the other people at my table ordered a drink similar to mine that come with gummies, we proceeded to ask why there wasn t any in the drinks and she said they didn t ha e any, yet the lady who gave us our food, went to the back and found them for us. I paid for a $22 drink that I took a sip out of and didn t like because it tasted like cough medicine and couldn t get a refund or a different drink. I will not be coming back to this place again.
