Thage went on balcony renovation and painting for 8 years and did not finish the work. Two consultants have judged it totally. Everything has to be changed from scratch. Will cost us unnecessarily 2 million. Thage takes no responsibility but scams that the contract was concluded through an agreement with the Swedish Housing Rights Center which does not represent us legally. SBC naturally denies that there is an agreement and Thage cannot show it. Thage employed only incompetent underpaid labor. Established no self control. Responded to complaints that we are rude. Failed to send specified bills. Does not answer questions about the materials or colors used. Refuse to discuss price reduction.
