I read quite a few reviews and went with some thought of people who previously bought from this dealership and I was very close to giving them a chance however, While active duty still leaving the Fort Campbell area a good friend of mine was out the the complete wringer and is still fighting this battle with BMW of Nashville. They do not stick with the warranty plans that they offer as well as putting out wrong information about modifications to cars. They have caused him extreme stress and complete disbelief on how they are handling the situation. Offering to pro rate the rest of the warranty to get out of the debt they said they would cover and two avoiding his calls. Also this doesn t really add much but he was Active duty at the time and had to move to further his career but as a service member you would expect in a military town or one very close to one that they would honor what you do for your country and they brushed that off to the side and still treat him worse then dirt so I highly highly discourage anyone to go to this company for any form or warranty purchase or repairs for their vehicle and even a vehicle purchase because he bought the car from them not even a year ago. So unfortunate good day.
