Attempted to schedule a furnace "tune-up" for the fall. Scheduled for a day between 12pm-4pm. The company called twice during that time. The first time, I was informed they would be late. I had no problem. Second time, they asked to reschedule. Okay. Rescheduled for two days later. They called, and informed me they would be after 4pm. Okay. I had to call them at 6:30pm. The rep said there was no techs available at this time. They would have to reschedule my appointment for over a month later. They were only responding to priority calls. But I was welcome to call if my furnace failed. No chance. I will post on multiple sites. Definitely not Gold Medal. Aluminum medal, at best.
