Overall a very good experience. We (small group) chose the 80 four course option.

I chose;
- Irish onion & Hegarty cheese soup
- Terrine of chicken and smoked bacon, pickled garlic scape, apple
- Aged fillet of Irish beef, shiitake tart, lindi pepper cream
- warm 68% chocolate mousse

The soup was light and flavorsome, most went for this option.
The Terrine of chicken was quite tasteless
The aged fillet of beef was perfectly cooked and tender, although I ve had nicer in Dublin city accompanied by the mushroom tart which again I felt was quite bland.
Finally, the warm chocolate mousse was just perfection!!

Overall the food was presented well, good experience with great staff. Unusual location.
